Do you deliver worldwide?
Unfortunately, no😔 We deliver in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
What should I do if my parcel did not arrive within two days?
We try to send all parcels to their new owners as soon as possible. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes we can be a few days late. If the parcel does not arrive within a week, write to us and we will find out where the error occurred.
I am from Prague and I would like to collect my order personally, is it possible?
